Jacaranda is one of flowering plants in the family Bignoniaceae. It grows in sub-tropical regions such as South and Central America, Mexico, along with Caribbean. It also can be seen in Australia east. The Brisbane city has famous reputation of Jacaranda trees. The Brisbane council has used these trees to line avenues as well as to decorate landscapes.
In Septemper and October, the south semiphere's mid-spring, Jacaranda trees bloom surpringly purple flowers.Brisbane's hilly geography allows views of the city and suburbs in which the brightly coloured flowers can be easily seen for miles.

Although they only bloom last 6 weeks, they are very popular and can be found in South Africa and Israel.
